Invitation to the 1st Academic Staff Assembly (ASA)
Dear AVETH members,
We are excited to invite you to the 1st Academic Staff Assembly (ASA) on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, at 6:30 PM at ETH Zentrum, HG E1.2.
Delegates of the Department Associations and of the Working Groups do have voting rights, but any member of the academic staff is welcome to participate in the discussion and/or at the Apéro.
Date: Tuesday, November 4th, 2025
Time: 18:30–20:30 (approx.; Apéro until 21:30)
Place: HG E1.2, ETH Zentrum, or via Zoom
Apéro: Foyer HG E floor (EO 30.0065) ETH Zentrum, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zürich

- Opening (verification of convocation, appointment of vote counters, approval of agenda)
- Approval of minutes of the last GA (April 9th, 2025)*
- Reports of presidency and board

- AVETH
- Integration of Statutes Reform*

- Elections (Presidency, Coordinators, Board Members, Commission Representatives)
