“I have been interested in the topic of diversity, especially in gender equality. I’ve always felt lucky that I did not experience anything especially difficult because of being a woman in STEM until I was faced with the question of family and career. This made me reflect and I’ve been searching for answers until I realized that I was looking for a solution to a problem that is much bigger than me. I’d like to share what I have found so far and together with those interested, I’d like to continue in this journey that hopefully will lead to more awareness and actions from a societal and educational point of view.”
