mi-CT an open-access repository for micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) images. The Laboratory for Bone Biomechanics (Institute for Biomechanics, ETH Zurich) has gathered more than 20000 bone samples micro-CT images. The repository include studies on bone fracture, mouse femur QTL study, mouse femur defect, osteoporosis, biomaterial development of bone, human bone biopsies study in rare diseases, bone remodelling and healing, pharmaceutical or mechanical treatment after-implant insertion to tail vertebrae of mouse study. Further, the mi-CT repository provides a unique systematical workflow for analyzing micro-CT images, from image registration to the final presentable visualization.
