AVETH 56th General Assembly October 7, 2021

While we invite you to join us in person, please be aware of the current BAG and ETH measures in place, which require a covid certificate. We would kindly ask you to wear your mask while walking around and to register yourself at the desk where also voting cards will be distributed. Since some of us have gotten used to the virtual participation, we will also welcome you to join us via the following zoom link (https://ethz.zoom.us/j/67888425962).
We will briefly report on the activities of the board, vote on the budget for 2022 and have replacement elections.
The suggested agenda is the following:
1. Opening (checking regularity of convocation, appointment of vote counters, approval of agenda)
2. Approval of the minutes of the 55th general assembly of March 16, 2021*
3. Reports of the board
4. Budget 2022*
5. Resignations
6. Replacement elections (Board, Coordinators, Representatives of Commissions)

AVETH is solely run by volunteers and we are constantly looking for new people in all areas. If you like to join our organization, feel free to contact us before the assembly (interested@aveth.ethz.ch).
After the general assembly we would like to invite all of you to join us for an Apero at Bella Vista starting at 20.00 in person. It will have a selection of food and drinks to celebrate our new board and a busy year.
All members of the scientific staff are welcome to participate. We are looking forward to meeting you!
