The FLP program – Foster. Lead. Promote. (formerly known as Fix the Leaky Pipeline program) is here to empower young female scientists like you to navigate your career path.
In this context, we would like to announce a workshop taking place in June 2025 and a coaching group starting in August 2025:
- Workshop Effective Interviewing in academia and industry (description) with Dr. Lille Springall at ETH Zurich
Dates: Wed & Thu, 25 & 26 June 2025, 9-17h
Offered to a reduced price: CHF 120 / CHF 180 (doctoral student / postdoc)
- Coaching group for doctoral students and postdocs with Dr. Lille Springall at ETH Zurich and online
Offered to a reduced price: CHF 200 / CHF 300 (doctoral student / postdoc)
The coaching group includes five 2h sessions at ETH Zurich on the following dates:
- Tue, August 26th, 9-11h
- Tue, September 30th, 9-11h
- Tue, October 28th, 9-11h
- Tue, November 25th, 9-11h
- Tue, December 16th, 9-11h
In between these dates, 5 online meetings of 2h on specific topics introduced by participants. Flexible dates, also off-peak times possible. The dates for these 5 online meetings will be fixed together with the participants.
