AVETH 60th General Assembly October 10th, 2023

Please come a bit early for registration at the desk where also voting cards will be distributed. We will briefly report on the activities of the board, vote on the budget for 2024, and have replacement elections.
The suggested agenda is the following:
- Opening (checking regularity of convocation, appointment of vote counters, approval of agenda)
- Approval of the minutes of the 59th general assembly of April 13, 2023*
- Reports of the board
- Budget 2024*
- AVETH*
- Telejob*
- Discharge of the AVETH board
- Elections (Coordinators, Regular Board Members, Representatives of Commissions)
- Varia
AVETH is solely run by volunteers and we are constantly looking for new people in all areas. If you like to join our organization, feel free to contact us before the assembly (info@aveth.ethz.ch).
After the general assembly we would like to invite all of you to join us for an Apero at Dozentenfoyer starting at 20.00 in person. It will have a selection of food and drinks to celebrate our new board and a busy year.
All members of the scientific staff are welcome to participate. We are looking forward to meeting you!
