Research Data Management (RDM)
Within the scope of the Measure 3 project as part of the ETH Board’s Open Research Data Program, we aim to create a self-paced online course on Research Data Management (RDM). It will present best practices from across the ETH Domain (ETHZ, EPFL, PSI, Eawag, WSL, Empa) in concise modules for flexible learning. Further information on this project is provided here: https://open-research-data-portal.ch/training/. Moreover, the training material will be openly accessible as an Open Educational Resource (OER), so that it can be reused by others that conduct courses in RDM.
Do you have existing RDM training material that one might integrate into our online learning platform?
Would you like to contribute to new and ideally more discipline-specific content in the context of RDM?
Do you know another interested person that might want to contribute?
Want to be part of this project to bring online training for RDM to the next level?
Please reach out to us at data-management@library.ethz.ch ideally by indicating already the kind of your contribution that you envisage. Could you please get back to us until the end of August?
Your contribution will be highly appreciated and estimated to start at the end of this or at the beginning of next year. Further details will follow after the first contact has occurred.
