Course – Showcasing Doctoral Research in Modelling for Climate and Energy

The course “151-0906-00L  Showcasing Doctoral Research in Modelling for Climate and Energy” is a revamped relaunch of the previous similar course Frontiers in Energy Research. As the name suggests, it is aimed at PhD students working with analytical methods in the fields of energy and climate. The new scope is intended to be broad enough to attract a sufficiently large target audience but focused enough to enable meaningful exchanges amongst researchers with similar topics and methods. The 2 ECTS point course with compulsory attendance and feedback at 80%+ of events allows PhD students to present their work-in-progress to their peers, as well as give and receive constructive feedback and foster new collaborations. Prof Russell McKenna is offering the course for the first time, together with colleagues in the Energy Science Center.
