E-learning course on dealing with sexual harassment in everyday studies and work
We want ETH to be a safe and respectful place where all ETH members can develop themselves freely. As part of the “Stand up for respect” initiative, the Executive Board is launching an e-learning course for an in-depth exploration of the topic of sexual harassment in everyday studies and work.
The e-learning course is aimed at all ETH members – from professors to students and scientific employees as well as administrative and technical staff. The course uses case studies to explain what sexual harassment is, shed light on the legal framework and discuss how you, as the affected person or an observer, can appropriately respond to behaviour that crosses a line.
