ETH Diversity active lunch break “Get to know your own biases”

We all have biases. There is nothing wrong with it. But it might lead to discrimination and inequality in some cases when it is not actively managed. This is why it is important to become aware of one’s own biases. For the first time ETH Diversity is offering the active lunch break “Get to know your own biases” this fall semester as a supplement to the e-Learning “Unconscious bias” to increase further awareness about this topic at the ETH Zürich. ETH members can actively use their lunch break to learn more about their own biases.

When: October 5 (EN) and November 7 (DE) 2023, 12 am until 1 pm
