The D-ITET Diversity Team (D+ITET) invites you to a discussion on how to overcome bias in academia. The goal is to identify existing issues in academia, raise awareness for stereotypes and discrimination at Swiss Universities and discuss how to create strategies for empathy and actionable plans to transform institutional culture.
